I've been building most of the pre series on SCO OpenServer.
Just now I've built 2.8.1rel.1 on the following OSes:
SCO UnixWare 7.0.0
SCO UnixWare 2.1.2
SCO OpenServer Release 5.0.5
In all cases I used the native compiler and libraries (no ncurses/slang).
Color support and host name lookup interruptibility worked on all (those
seemed like the most likely areas for failure...)
