Dunno, but at least with Linux you can remap the CapsLock and Control
keys. Since I don't ever use CapsLock, I have them both act as Control.
This doesn't do anything for the labels printed on the keys, though...
Under X11 I use xmodmap to remap the capslock key.
On the Linux console I use loadkeys to do the same thing.
