When you have a long enough lynx session you will care.
Some people like starting lynx for _days_ from a separate window.

I might hardly imagine a person saving 5 second but reading huge lynx-dev
in his spare time.  The requested internal caching just make lynx
a little less annoying in certain situations, this will supersedes
"INTERNAL LINKS" stuff, BTW.
