Re: mousifying lynx

Is anyone familar with the beat release of trn 4.0? One of the things
that it did that I like is to set up 'user defined buttons' for the mouse.
Basically, in each 'mode' that trn supports, a facility is provided for a
user to identify a label and a set of keystrokes that might be
typed in that mode. Trn then creates a small character shaded area on
the last line where one can click with the mouse to cause the keystrokes to
be issued just as if you had typed them.

One can then set up common keystrokes like forwarding email to a friend,
etc. as mousable buttons.

A similar function for lynx might be useful. I could set up buttons for
previous page, next and previous page, send comment to page owner, etc.
