lynx-dev texfield blocks scrolling

A slight annoyance only: when you ar scrolling down a page with the
DOWN_TWO key (or up with the UP_TWO) and the focus goes into a textfield
the scrolling is blocked. You must use the arrow or space bar to go
further. It would be nice to be able to "scroll out" of the textfield
without changing keys.
