HTML Tidy <URL: http://www.w3.org/People/Raggett/tidy/>
This tool makes an attempt to modify an HTML page to repair missing quote
marks, tags, mention extraneous tags, etc. It's C code that should run
on most any system with a C compiler. Perhaps lynx developers can submit
additional modifications or suggestions that the tool can make . I notice
that several comments that are made relate to making html that displays
better for text browsers.
