I'll upload it tonight (and send the URL to the list.) Note that you will
need the cygwin32 B19 DLL installed, and you'll need a terminfo database
is /Cygnus/B19/share/terminfo or $HOME/.terminfo which contains an entry
for your terminal type. Should I also upload the binary terminfo file for
the 'pcansi' terminal type? It could be installed as
$HOME/.terminfo/p/pcansi
to give a usable Lynx, I suspect.
