I don't know (sorry).  It may/may not be related (but hadn't occurred to me,
since there are several concurrent changes to lynx - BJP's cookie fixes and
mine for integrating the sprintf replacement to address buffer overflows.

But I'll look at the cookie code to see if I caused this problem by the
HTSprintf changes.
