I have an idea for doing an all encompasing run time configuraton engine
for lynx. Same file format for system and user config files with fallback
for old format; built in handling for forms option menu, including item by
item help that could be gettext()'d, command line option handling, and so
on.

But, until I get my current project at work done, I won't be able to start
work on it. I'm hoping that will be around end of January.

Though, if someone else wants to implement something similar until I can
get around to it....
