Since I don't have an Apple GSII I can't verify whether the download is
correct or not but I've already downloaded many binary files sent as
text/plain without any problems, just by using "d". Why don't you go to that
page, press "d" on top of mar.2.0.bxy and check yourself whether it was
correctly downloaded or not?

No, it's not the real answer. Don't tell the guy his server is broken. It's
not. It's just that he hasn't set the extension bxy to
application/octet-stream.
