If you want to do copy and paste operations in the Windows 32 version
of lynx, you have to set the Dos window `misc' properties to disallow
fast pasting. Unfortunately, the setting doesn't remain from one
session to the next, so you find yourself having to change the Dos
window properties each time you want to copy or paste text into lynx.

It turns out that, if you set up a call-lynx.bat batch file, Windows
automatically generates a call-lynx.pif that is what the Windows
shortcut points to (Windows jargon: `shortcut' == `Unix soft link').
This pif file can be set to disable fast pasting of text permanently,
and greatly streamlines the use of lynx under windows.
