lynx-dev mirror, mirror

I've added ftp.vse.cz to the page at www.slcc.edu/lynx/current as the
only mirror of the Lynx distribution I know about. I have also written
to folks at gnu.org, ftp.digital.com, vix.com and sailor.lib.md.us
asking them to be mirrors. Others are welcome to ask their favorite
charities for space...

I also added the lynx-dev archive pointer on the above page.

I have not gotten around to updating any "contact" information anywhere.
Patches would be nice :-)
