lynx-dev info pages

First off: sorry if this is the wrong forum.  I scaned the webpages for
something like feature-requests, but I couldn't find it.

I was ranting at Stallman today, wilst trying to read the info
documentation for mysql.  And I was wishing that he had made it as easy and
intuitive as lynx was. 

Next logical thought is why can't lynx do it?  The formats (in my limited
information) have some corelation...

Is such a beast possible?
