This is unfair; they are not actively sensing the browser at all. Arguably
it is Lynx's fault that the noframes text gets displayed as it is Lynx that
has decided that it can't handle frames and therefore needs to display that
text.
However, in those rare cases where the authors make sensible use of
noframes text, Lynx is acting sensibly, as it can cope much better with
the no frames version than the frames ones.
The problem is authoring tools and authors that don't provide a more
sensible no frames alternative.
