I meant adding new lynxkeycodes >= 0x100 for new keys, not adding now
lynxactioncode for existing lynxkeycodes - 'V' and all other one-byte
keys 0x00 - 0xff are always there as lynxkeycodes, whether they have
a mapping to an action or not.
