lynx-dev quality HTML

Lynx has shown you that you have a problem, but the problem is not Lynx
compatibility but HTML compatibility.

Work with a validator such as WebTechs or the validator.w3.org service.
When you have your authoring process tuned up to deliver clean HTML, then
see if there are any funny things still happening in Lynx.
