make a diff -u koi8r-uni.tbl koi8u-uni.tbl
I am afraid through few Russian letters are not included in Ukrainian alphabet.
Ask a Ukrainian-speaking person or a literature for more info.
Actually these two languages based on Medieval Slavic language
(drevneslavyankii, which is a prime language for Russian Orthodox Church now),
so the deviation was far before Lenin, and Ukrainian seems to be
more consistent with drevneslavyansky).
