What all is included in "ALL" of the jump-to code?
Number commands have been around since the early
versions of lynx. 123g and p came later, but (especially
123g) was harry to implement and ifdef-ing it would be
hard. (Besides, most people seem to like it.) 123g+ only
adds a function and a few lines.
