(Magically, I guess, the sorter knows to ignore the "Re: 
")

Does anyone know the RULE that determines what is prefixed
onto a subject-line when we email to lynx-dev?

Perhaps we can add that to the faq or something, so we can
all end up with the SAME prefix.
