the latest fix for the  3+p 3p+  commands does the job,
but it seems to have introduced a glitch elsewhere:
simply entering eg  54 Return  now lands you in the middle of the document
& the page involved seems to be increasing on each occasion:
presumably the variable which stores page-on-screen is being incremented
when it shouldn't be;  54g Return Return  avoids the problem.
so the net result is really a step backwards.
