Why the functionality of lynx is reduced by default? IMO various
packagers won't even note this, so packages of lynx-dev20 they ship will
be without this functionality. IMO these switches should be defaulted to
'off'. Experienced user can set them 'off' explicitly when configuring,
while novice user will have them 'on' by default.
