lynx-dev LYNX: re "reloading doc; any form entries will be lost"

Lynx could REMEMBER if there have actually been any
form-entries made, I suppose.

MAYBE it could also know if they have already been "submitted"?

Anyway, when you hit ^R, to reformat the page, it now types
out that msg in the subj line above, re 
"any form entries will be lost".

Pretty scary message, that.

Especially if you HAVE just spent five minutes, or even
thirty minutes, filling out some form, and haven't yet
"submitted" it.

PERHAPS a "are you sure you want to do this?" confirmation
could be asked of the user?

Maybe a good idea, maybe not.  Am not sure.  But
we should at least talk about it a bit.
