lynx-dev Outdated links in Lynx Help Menu (including a porn link)

Hi,

The Lynx Help Menu [1] has outdated links to A Kinder, Gentler Validator
and the WebTechs HTML Validation Service.  The latter link is particularly
troublesome since www.webtechs.com is now a porn site.

As replacements, I suggest the WDG HTML Validator
<http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/validator/> and the W3C HTML Validation
Service <http://validator.w3.org/>.
