Well, I'd sure be willing to write it in pseudo-code,
if someone else would maybe translate it into c.

For me to write in c, and debug it via dbx (oops,
gnu debugger -- haven't had dbx since sun unbundled
fortran, pascal, and c  :-(   )

Would also take some pointing out to me of
what routine did the command-parsing.
