lynx-dev Image view problem on VMS

        RE: Lynx image viewing problem

        When attempting to view the same image multiple times the display
only works the first time, all subsequent attempts return a file access 
error from the viewing program.

Spawning a session shows the temporary files like this, the zero length
indicates a file may be still open to the writing program.
