        I did this and the result was almost clean

$ cc [-.Implementation]HTTCP.c

#define h_errno my_errno

The redefinition is now in effect.

        I also tried to build on a VAX (VMS 5.5-2, VAX C 3.2, UCX 4.2).
It failed like this...

$ cc LYrcFile

Followed by many repeats and a confused fatal error.
