lynx-dev bug: lynx doesn't remove files with internal pages with -dump

 Try the following:
   lynx -dump LYNXCFG:// > /dev/null
and note that new temporary file is created in /tmp (it's on pre2 with lss).
Seems all pages that are gerenated via BeginInternalPage won't be deleted
if dumping pages.

 Yet another inconsistence:
  lynx -dump url1 url2 url3
will silently dump url3. IMO it's better to warn about that to stderr
(multiplie urls were discussed, but not when -dump'ing).

Sorry, I have no time to fix it.

 Best regards,
  -Vlad
