lynx-dev sig.net stalling mail

I've started to get a lot of mail to lynx-dev being undelivered at the
end of my dialup session because the sig.net mail server is stalling in
the data phase.  I'm likely to have to put in special routing rules
to hand off lynx-dev mail to my ISP's smart host.
