The latest body.in (gzipped) is ( now :) ) located at
      www.hippo.ru/~hvv/lynx/cfg/body.in.gz
The other things relevant to it (with description of body.in syntax) are
located in
      www.hippo.ru/~hvv/lynx/cfg/scripts-without-body.tgz
Note: makefile is already generated for srcdir=., so you'l be able to
generate html files if you expand scripts-without-body.tgz to the /scripts
directory (relative to the distro's dir). body.in should be expanded to that
directory too. The generated file won't be beatified. To beatify it, see
 /scripts/beatify/README.
'make all' will produce cattoc.html,alphatoc.html, lynxcfg_toc.html,
lynxcfg.html (non-beatifyied), lynx.cfg (I assumed this lynx.cfg will be
distributed).
'make clean' will remove all transient and generated files.

If you'll have questions about anything, ask me. I check my mail each 1.5
hour.
Just remember that this is passed through cpp - that's why I use keyword
@NOSP - spaces around it and itself will be removed by sed scripts at stage 3.
