I'm willing to work with people who can do development on a mac - I took a
look at the sources for MacLynx about a month ago, and think that most of
the port is fairly routine (it's curses-based, with its own sources, etc.)
Some of it, of course, is Mac-specific (I've no Mac to develop on, nor am
I knowledgable about it).  But people do ask for it from time to time.
