no - iirc, IC is using the old options menu in preference to the new form-based
menu, and is exercising the ifdef's differently.  (I flush out some of those
problems by compiling a series with each configure option selected, but had
no time/space to do that for dev.1, since I have visitors this weekend, and
chose to integrate Klaus' patch for feedback rather than wait til Monday).
