i have problems with my file lynx.bat, please help me.

@echo off
set home=c:\lynx
set temp=c:\lynx\temp
set linx_cfg=c:\lynx\lynx.cfg
c:\lynx\lynx.exe %1 %2 %3 %4 %5

i have proxi (i need write the url of proxi in the lynx.bat? where? )and 
appear message when execute lynx.bat or linx.exe...
unable to connect to remote host!
