Again, ALL the options for tables should be at run-time, 
assuming there will be a bunch.

"per-table" (as above mentioned) sounds nice.

If a whole bunch of options, then maybe a separate
table-options page, two of them (maybe), one for just
the current table, one global, for all tables later shown.
