Typos of this type must be corrected in the _source file_, in this case
"LYMessages.c" and "HTAccess.c". If you "correct" the lynx.pot file, and
that "correction" is then carried over to your *.po file, that particular
string will never be translated to the msgstr. A reasonable strategy for
the translator is to make the translation correct and ignore the faulty
English, or English which is not appropriate to your site.
In general, I would highly recommend from personal experience that you
completely ignore the distributed lynx.pot file, and create a fresh one
from your break out source using the tools (xgettext, msgmerge) that
you have installed _on your system_. You should install the latest
available tools. IMO, you would be ill-advised to use the package in
/intl that is distributed with Lynx since it is out of date and buggy.
