It seems to be a temporary problem on IMDb. I tried

lynx -useragent='Mozilla/4.04 [en]' -nolist -dump 
http://www.imdb.com/StudioBrief

and I got the page without any problem. I used 2.8.3dev.4 and 2.8.2rel.1.

By the way, why do you change the user agent when just

lynx -nolist -dump http://www.imdb.com/StudioBrief

works fine?
