Yes, and that "normal" is not the same as the first "normal" in:
normal:normal:default:default
It's all perfectly confusing...
But my (untested, unverified) understanding of Ilya's description is
that a "first-column" "default" is used to define the meaning of
"3rd/4th column" "default" in other lines.
But if that's so then I have no idea what
default:normal:default:default
would mean.
