Hmm, interesting idea... What if it is shown only if the total
estimated download time is more than <insert your number> sec?

There are 3 changes: possible %.2g format, ETA, and "stalled" info.
Do you want 3 more binary vars?

As you know, negative remarks on User Interface do not count. ;-)
This piece of info (together with ETA) is a vital information to
decide what to do with slow downloads (to zee or not to zee?). If you
know a better format of presentation, please let us know.
