Scott is reorganizing the slcc website (and trying not to break things).

I fixed a link to 'current' yesterday, but didn't have a good reference
to find/fix the other stuff.  I guess Jim or I'll have to run one of those
validators to find the links that no longer go somewhere (and make somewhere
for them to go to).
