lynx-dev LYNX 2.8 on VMS 7.2

  Today I downloaded lynx 2.8 from fpt.wku.edu and was able
to unzip it on 2nd and 4th tries with the same file.  The
first and 3rd tries at unzip failed part way through with
a possibly corrupted ZIP file.

  Then I tried @build.com with the following error:

  What can I do about this?
