1.  The mailto:address@hidden  doesn't work.  If I recollect from my
earlier work on porting lynx to win32, the lynx code for calling the
sendmail program has to be modified to include the appropriate fields.
Apparently, that hasn't been included in the latest win32 patches.

2.  Calling a viewer from lynx corrupts the ncurses screen with overlaid
older text.  This didn't happen when libslang was used.

3.  The -use_mouse works really well in the Japanese compiled versions.
However, it stops working after some specified number of mouseclicks.  I
think this is also an ncurses problem, because mouseclicks worked badly, but
reliably under libslang.
