Although the terminology is confusing, NO_ANONYMOUS_EMAIL doesn't deal
with anonymous accounts. It determines whether or not you can choose
the FROM: header in the email, or whether it is taken from system
information. TEMP_SPACE controls the DEFAULT setting in the binary.
This may be less prone to error than an environment variable which has
to be set by each user.
