Along with that decision to make, the user should also see
or have a link to lynx-doc on just what trouble he might
be getting himself into -- if any.

There's so much blabber out there about the danger
of cookies, that some well-thought-out doc on this subject
should be avail -- both short doc written by someone here,
as well as, maybe, links to other sites that discuss this.

That is, the first time in any lynx run that the user
tries to turn this on (even in advanced mode), something
should come up that asks "do you want to know what the
possible dangers are of doing this?", and if he answered
y, then he'd see the page.

That page should also say that the NEXT time (this run)
this question won't come up -- but that there IS a
link on the "?" page.
