lynx-dev LYNX: "lynx links" pg vs first link on "=" page

That first link on the =-page is really nice, showing
the various versions, dates, all laid out nicely,

does not seem to be listed or even (easily, "obviously") gettable-to
from the ? --> lynx lynx page and descendants.

Maybe I'm wrong -- but that neat page gotten-to from the =-page
is sure not OBVIOUS from looking via the "?" page.
