There already is something like it, and has been for a long time:

It doesn't get updated often.  But afaik Subir still maintains it, he
just doesn't paricipate on lynx-dev any more.  Afaik he responds to
mail.  Maybe you should try to revive *that* page (beginnning with
cleaning up outdated links...), instead of starting something new.
