  Thank you!

 I think that lynx.cfg option "PASSIVE" added by this patch should be renamed
to something more specific and verbose - like "FTP_PASSIVE".
 Also, the use of ftp proxies (I don't know whether they exist, though) could
be a solution for this problem too.
