lynx-dev wget for DOS now working

For anyone who tried the DOS port of wget that I put on my site a
few days ago, and noted that it crashed with recursive retrieves,
I believe that the problem is now fixed. The new wget package is
available at: "http://www.rahul.net/dkaufman/index.html";. This should
work as an EXTERNAL program with the DOS port of lynx.
