lynx-dev What became of "compile time options" page?

In Lynx 2.8.2, there used to be a link to this page from the info
page.  Now it's gone; the code to generate the link is gone from
LYShowInfo.c.  The code to generate the page is still in
lynx_compile_opts in LYReadCFG.c, but how do I get to view the
page?

I guess I haven't been paying attention.
