Say, did you hear the one about the guy with a Microsoft C compiler? He
wrote a batch file called "gcc.bat" that takes a gcc command line and
converts it to a Microsoft C command line. He then downloaded the GNU
make.exe program ported to Windows and used it to compile lynx.exe on
his Microsoft C compiler via the gcc.bat conversion.
