There is no HTML construct which indicates this.  The nearest available
construct would be to treat the replies as nested sub-lists, i.e.

Head article
<ul>
<li>First Reply
   <ul>
   <li>First Reply to First Reply
   <li>Second Reply to First Reply
   </ul>
<li>Second Reply
<ul>

Even then, browsers are not required to indent, only to indicate that they
are lists and are nested.
