I am using Lynx 2.8.3rel.1.
If I go to a location, say http://lynx.isc.org/current/ and then I want
to go to a particular place in the document using GOTO or ECGOTO, say
http://lynx.isc.org/current/#w32, then nothing happens.
Clicking on link 3 (in Lynx current distribution directory - w32,
http://lynx.isc.org/current/#w32) works fine, and using GOTO or ECGOTO
from another document, say http://lynx.browser.org/, works fine too.
